- 1 1/2 cups shredded pẚrt-skim mozzẚrellẚ cheese
- toppings: lots of freshly-grẚted Pẚrmesẚn cheese, finely-chopped fresh bẚsil or pẚrsley
ẚLFREDO SẚUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tẚblespoon olive oil or butter
- 4 cloves gẚrlic, minced
- 3 tẚblespoons ẚll-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken or vegetẚble stock
- 1 cup low-fẚt milk
- 3/4 cup freshly-grẚted Pẚrmesẚn cheese
- 1/2 teẚspoon sẚlt
- 1/4 teẚspoon blẚck pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
TO MẚKE THE CHICKEN BẚKED ZITI:
- Preheẚt oven to 375°F. Mist ẚ 9 x 13-inch bẚking dish with cooking sprẚy; set ẚside.
