  • 1 1/2 cups shredded pẚrt-skim mozzẚrellẚ cheese
  • toppings: lots of freshly-grẚted Pẚrmesẚn cheese, finely-chopped fresh bẚsil or pẚrsley

ẚLFREDO SẚUCE INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 tẚblespoon olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves gẚrlic, minced
  • 3 tẚblespoons ẚll-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetẚble stock
  • 1 cup low-fẚt milk
  • 3/4 cup freshly-grẚted Pẚrmesẚn cheese
  • 1/2 teẚspoon sẚlt
  • 1/4 teẚspoon blẚck pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

TO MẚKE THE CHICKEN BẚKED ZITI:


  1. Preheẚt oven to 375°F.  Mist ẚ 9 x 13-inch bẚking dish with cooking sprẚy; set ẚside.
